8 DPIUI #2

Yeah! It's Bring Us A Baby's 100th post on Blogger. Well today is 8 days past our second IUI. This was went much smoother, the only day I had cramping was the day of the procedure, I have been fine since. I feel good, I refuse to start thinking I have pregnancy symptoms. Its still to early to tell anything. I wish I were more optimistic, I guess nfertility just takes away the ability to be excited and hopeful. I wish there was a majic pill to get pregnant, I will I knew what was going on in my body right now. I keep praying, there isn't much more I can do. Just try and stay busy. I have my company holiday party this weekend, I am wondering if I should drink. Even if I am pregnant it won't hurt the baby, but if I knew I was pregnant that I would never drink, so it kinda sucks, I can have fun without drinking, but it would be nice to relax and have a drink with my co workers. Oh well, I guess I can think about it. I am so frustrated, ready to be done with the journey, I feel like I am screaming ,please stop the ride, I WANT TO GET OFF, but no one can hear me, and the rollar coaster is going out of control and I can't stop it. Oh the trials of life!

Rough morning!

I woke up this morning about 5:30 AM in the worst pain ever! I had the worst stomach cramps ever. I really thought I was dying! I woke John up and asked him to get me some Tylenol, which helped temporarily, but then about 20 minutes later the cramps started again. It literally felt like I was being sawed in half.

I went through 2 more episodes of cramping until the finally stopped and I was able to go back to sleep. I was so close to having John take me to the ER.

I started my pineapple smoothies today, they are pretty good, I bought the mix at the grocery store and you blend with fresh pineapple, water, and ice. They say Pineapple from day 2-7 after ovulation, it aids with implantation.

1 day past IUI

Well, here I am one day past my IUI and I feeling much better. I still have cramping on and off and I spent a great evening on my couch with my wonderful hubby watching movies and eating too much candy!

We handed out candy and I cannot wait until we can share that with our own children, soon!
Tomorrow I have to start eating my pineapple to help with implantation. I have to go buy some, I already bought the stuff to make pineapple smoothies. But I think I will head to Tropical Smoothie first thing in the morning and get a good start on the day.
